Client-Nominated Leadership Assessment 360's seek meaningful feedback from raters nominated by the client rather than the individual being assessed and are designed to identify that person’s leadership strengths and weaknesses. Such assessments are most often used by an employer to help an individual identify areas in which to improve their skills and performance.
